Important note! We do not wash our eggs and there's a really good reason for that!
When you don’t wash the eggs, the eggs keep the bloom on the outside of the egg, which protects it from bacteria and keeps it moist. If you leave the bloom on the egg, refrigeration is not necessary. If you would like to wash and refrigerate them at home you may do so.
